    was charged for a hospital stay that never took place. I was asked by the physician to come and pickup new prescription, but was charged as if I was checked in and seen by doctors. I have been pushed from department to department with nobody giving me a resolution. I have followed up at least 3 times with nobody has answers or even a clue what's going on. this is fraud and bad business practice. I need help to resolve this billing dispute. they have already collected from my insurance a ridiculous amount and is a felony fraud. please help

    This gentleman called the morning following his ** visit stating his stomach was upset by antibiotics prescribed.  The physician offered to re-evaluate him in the ** versus prescribe him different antibiotics electronically.    The new prescriptions were sent electronically prior to the patient's arrival for 2nd ***. visit.  A few hours after this call the patient returned to ** and checked back in. He was offered IV antibiotics and inpatient admission, which he declined.  For the 2nd visit the patient had an evaluation by the ***. physician, physical exam, sepsis alert activation,chart review, and medical decision making with a discussion of risks versus benefits of admission/IV antibiotics.
