    Your services are good but your office people have no reasoning, they are rude and they dont listen to your issues.They showed up on the Friday for the appt to do spring turn on, the technician left without double checking if the system working properly. The system was running for a few hours until we noticed that it is constantly running. I called them on Friday but the prompt said to call during business hours.When I called them on Monday to have it fixed, I was sent a bill for service.This service should have been done when the technician was present and the technician should not have left the job site before making sure it is functioning properly.When I called on Wednesday to ask about the bill, staff were rude, too much background noise to hear what the *** was saying and when I brought up the noise, they said it is what it is.The supervisor who called afterward said that when I called it was 72 hrs after the appt and I could have left a message. While the prompt said the office is closed and need to call during business hours.None of the staff the *** and supervisor were not willing to listen and understand the ************ make it worse, the supervisor is threatening me if I dont pay, it is going to go to collection on the first call I had with them to ask about my bill.Thank you for the awesome customer service. If I could have given you guys -5 stars, I would. You do not deserve a 0 score.

    I was quoted a single estimate over the phone for starting and locating sprinkler heads and aeration and then received bill for two separate services with additional 160 dollars. Now they say that I misunderstood them over the phone. I should have asked for a written estimate. Do not trust this company!

    Mrs. A - we have reviewed your account carefully and found that we communicated what was required to provide you with a fall aeration service. In order to receive that aeration, you needed to have your irrigation system flagged, and that required the system be turned on (normally done in the spring). A zero dollar invoice was sent to you with the clear notation that an actual invoice would be generated AFTER the technician counted the number of zones in your system. Please reference invoice #****** which included that information. We then sent you an invoice for the cost of the aeration (#******) which was due after the service was completed (which you paid) and an invoice for the actual cost of the spring turn-on that was required in order to provide your aeration service.

    We're sorry if you did not fully understand this, but we were did communicate clearly verbally and in the body of our invoice that there was a cost associated with the spring turn-on that you are now disputing.
