      I purchased a device and 100.00 extra for training. The device wasn't working correctly so the training was canceled. Instead of making a big deal about it I figured we'd just apply my credit towards another purchase. The company REFUSES To apply the credit. They have been awful about it and are trying to sell me training or design work. I had to train myself because they couldn't reschedule training in time for me after the device was working, I tried one last time and again, they refuse to take care of a good customer. I worry now because my equipment comes with a lifetime license so they could hold me hostage, but I refuse to let this company fail to perform and not refund or offer credit. The people have been just awful about it and I've repeatedly asked them to reconsider letting them know the failure was 100 percent their fault. I had to make it work to make deadlines for an opening and now they want me to get training on a product I had to teach myself because THEY COULDN'T DELIVER as originally agreed. No one debates the device wasn't configured correctly at the time of my training - I can't even believe I Have to write this. At this point I just want the 100.00 refunded and the assurance they're not going to hold me hostage with the existing products I purchased. Is that too much to ask?
