The owner is extremely rude.I used to love these guys, but then an employee made a mistake, and the owner doubled down. I have tried to meet with him at a time and place of his choosing to return the items, but he keeps calling me a willful *********** me to EZDownsizing guy: I was at the parking lot at 9:10am. I spoke to a few people who said they knew the guy from EZ downsizing, but that he had not been in the morning meeting. At 9:30, I went home and left the books in the parking lot, assuming you would be back for the 10:15 time slot you had also offered ***** the end of the day, your guy packed the shelf, told me to take the entire shelf, and then watched me take the contents of the shelf that had only one name (mine) on it. When I spoke with you on the telephone, you were accusatory and rather rude. I have tried to return the books to you at a time and place of your choosing. We confirmed this meeting at 4pm yesterday. At 9:15, while I was already at the meeting point, you called my ****** voice number, which I cannot use unless I am near a computer. You chose the place and time, then you changed it AT THE SAME TIME I WAS THERE.Because you claimed you would have meetings at the fire station and be available AT THE FIRE STATION at 9:15 and again at 10:15, I left the books for you in the parking lot, with a large note, figuring you would get them at 10:15.I have bent over backwards to help you fix a mistake your employee made.the guy: I suspect you still have the books and made no effort to return them!~ I know everyone at the meeting, and they would have confirmed I was there had you spoken to anyone. Do you want to pay for the books you took? me: Go to the parking lot you jerk.the guy: I'm a jerk because I want you to return what you STOLE. Sad.
