    Contact the company via their “Contact Customer Support” page. Gave my personal information requested, including name, address, phone number and email. Asked my question in reference to the correct size of ash plate was needed for a hookah I purchased from one of their dealers. (The dealer told me that the ash plate is an add-on accessory, not sold with Mya hookahs, only available from Mya directly.) The company never responded to my inquiry.

    I acknowledge it is a simple question, and that I'm new to hookah. I simply wanted to make sure I ordered the correct size and shape to match the photos of the hookah, even on the Mya website its self. Also, find it rather disturbing that a company will show products with added accessories without any description as to what exactly comes with the product, and what is an extra option.
