  Everything that Caprelo touched turned to crap. Rather than moving on to our new job knowing that moving our household items and and the selling of our home was in good hands and we need not worry was a joke. The Realtor they got for us ( a CapRelo-approved realtor) recommended a "contractor" that wreaked our house, while the realtor tried to cover it up. We spent 2 1/2 months and 10K and then had to rip everything out and pay to redo it. CapRelo did nothing to help The next two realtors CapRelo found did nothing to fix anything and when we called them they said that they had called CapRelo to decline our listing but they never let us know. After 3 realtors they abandoned us saying that they had no more "approved" realtors in our area - So much for their Approved Realtors - Thanks to these Jokers ( it's been 4 months) we are just now getting our house on the market. With more problems than we had before. This has been a nightmare with this company - the stress of starting a new job - buying a new house - you would think that at least they could manage to sell our old home. We are so lucky that we didn't extend ourselves financially or we would have been in a terrible fix. At no time did CapRelo provide any assistance - admit any neglect - take responsibility for their "Approved Realtors" - and when they abandoned us - they would no longer take our calls.   Caprelo made our relocation a disaster. Caprelo assigned us a relator - who then recommended a "contractor" who was to help us get our house ready for market. New flooring and interior paint - minor repairs - 80 days later the contractor had not managed to complete the work - and was asking for more money. This was a contractor that the realtor had done business with before for housing flips and the like. They made a wreck of the house, All the work was going to have to be torn out and redone. After the first month, I called CapRelo to ask for help as the realtors had promised to fix things but never did and time was passing by. CapRelo was completely useless and after I had a new contractor look at the house I got the bad that it was a $10k total loss. At each and every turn Caprelo was slow to respond and then useless - I was assigned 2 other realtors after that from Caprelo both just quit after a few days because they didn't want to clean up the mess the other realtor left and the is really good now. Of course, even though they got us into this mess - after the 3rd realtor they just said there was nothing that they could do and just hung us out to dry several hundred miles away. I will point out that the point of a Relocation Service is to facilitate moving households- selling homes - help buying a new home. Caprelo did none of these things for us. We bought Our new home ourselves - without their help and everything else they touched turned to absolute dung before they just abandoned us.

  I am currently in the process of purchasing a new home. Unfortunately, Capital Relocation Services LLC is involved. For some reason, their list of demands keeps growing. It is always "just one more thing" that must be done before they can approve the purchase contract. If you forget something once, no big deal. If you forget something twice, that is ok too. But if it takes 10+ days for you to remember everything that you need, there is a problem. This company needs to learn how to use checklists--so that they can do their job correctly the first time! The usual and customary time constraint for these things is 48 hours, but with CAP RELO the time had to be extended to more than 250 Hours! Good luck selling your home in a timely manner if CAP RELO is involved.
