    October 12;2022 911-Exteriors replaced my roof and gutters . I had been trying to contact 911 because there is a problem with the gutters Now the roof was leaking. I tried calling several times. No phone call has been returned. I emailed on September 24 about the roof. Still on contact. I have been sending emails about the gutter since August 25 2023. I hav had no response from 911-Exteriors ******** ***** or ****** ******

    Business will not complete repairs to my home. Four months ago they made partial repairs per an insurance scope of work from hail damage. They have collected $10,746.23 and they've only completed $2899.27. The "former" owner who says she is no longer affiliated with the business stated that I was owed a refund for the remaining balance as I found out they were not licensed in Virginia to complete the siding and window work. They didn't have the money to refund me as they had spent it elsewhere. They offered me part of the refund (once they could get the money) which I refused. Their new operations manager offered to complete the work vs contacting BBB (and stated it was that or nothing - no refund) and going to court and but now they won't return my calls. So in short - will not return calls to complete the work, or refund my money

    No, there is no current litigation at this time. The demand letter was issued but no other services were retained at this time from an attorney. That contract was fulfilled at the time of processing. No further legal services have been requested or rendered.
