    I was selling my home the buyers agent sent over this company to inspect the septic, they said my distribution tank had a hole in it and wanted $2500 to replace, upon replacement they then said the pipe collapsed and I did see they checked with a camera, and didnt mention anything else, they said per county they can replace up to 10 on each line, I didnt feel comfortable with there assessment and had another company inspect and they said the line was clogged and recommended replacing the systems, I still wanted Five star to replace the system, and waited 8 days for a proposal and no one from five star would return my call, they left my house with no sanitation and would not return a phone call and the owner ******** I called and emailed to no avail, so my take is they only want to rob folks for repairs that dont require replacement, there communication is horrible, my advise is to not contact this company I waited weeks to post this; I honestly wanted to speak to the owner, and would have left it there but its oblivious that this company should not be in business, my property has been without sanitation since there dug up my septic and refused to communicate.
