    On November 25th I went into Aria Medispa to purchase a package for Laser hair removal. I wasnt given a receipt or informed that this purchase was not refundable. December 4th I called to inform them that I would like I refund and decided not to proceed with Laser hair removal. I was informed that I can get a refund but they needed the manager because they dont have the cash. I called again the next day and they told me the manager doesnt come until next week. Quoting the employee We will give you a refund back we arent going to keep your money. I was called the following Wednesday and was asked if I can come in for a spot Laser treatment to see if I like it. I informed them that I didnt want proceed wirh Laser because I am pregnant and didn't want to be pushed for a service I didnt. She hung up saying ok since you are pregnant we will give you a refund. Next morning manager calls and says have you looked at the receipt? I said no I never got a receipt so he proceeds to send me one where at the bottom it says no refunds. I wasnt informed of this ever until this day. He was rude and mean and said you need to get me a doctors note. I am unable to prove pregnancy because doctors dont see you until 8+ weeks. I dont want my money held for that long. Also, this is a violation of privacy ! I just want my money back. The manager was intimidating and RUDE as was ****** the front desk person.

    Dear sir/Madam,

     

    Just to let you know, the customer ***** ******* purchased paying cash at our company package laser hair removal (a receipt is attached). The receipt clearly states our nonrefundable services policy.

    When she called for a refund, we asked for the reason, and ***** informed us that she was pregnant; we asked her to bring some evidence from the doctors office.  When we received it, we gave her a company check (Attached), and she cashed it on 1/25/2023.
