      Someone broke my driver side passenger window while my car was at the subway. My husband went and got my car and drive it to our house. I called Afg Auto Glass LLC to repair my window they came on Jan 14th and fix it. I was out of town and had them get my key from my neighbor. When I got home glass was everywhere after they fixed the window they left the broken glass on the ground. I had to clean the glass they left because it was in my neighbors parking space. When I called then on Sunday, January 15th to make a compliant I spoke to someone name ************* told me they were not responsible for picking up the glass. I asked him for the owners name and he told me *******, I called back on Monday the 16th and spoke to **** he told me they were responsible for picking up the glass. He told me he would have the owner contact me I never heard from the owner. On January 17th I called because the window was making a squeaky noise while going up and down, I spoke to **** and he said it would eventually stop which it did. On Thursday Jan. 19th I went to get in my car by using the key and the lock would not come up when I turned the key so I could not get in my car because my car remote was not working and they key would not unlock the door. The lock was working fine before they fixed my window. I called and spoke to ******* and told him what was going on and I also mention the glass to him and he said the owner emailed me. I told him I never got the email come to find out someone wrote my email address wrong they used - instead _ ******* told me someone would be out Saturday Jan 21 at 9am, by 10am no one showed, I called to see what time someone was coming and spoke to ************* told me no one was coming and what ever was wrong with my lock they were not responsible I told him that is not what ******* told me, he said well call back Monday and talk to ******* and hung up This is the second time I spoke to **** and he was very nasty and took no responsibility.

      On 9/27 AFG replaced my windshield. All looked fine from outside however when seated in drivers seat, there's a 4" blemish/defect in the center of the windshield that can't be cleaned. It's not clear to see through but rather hazy. On 9/28 I called and was asked to send pictures. On 9/29 I never heard back so called again. They scheduled an appt at my house for 11-12 on 9/30. Nobody came. I called to inquire, they put me on hold for 10 min. I called back and now nobody is picking up.

      I needed a windshield replaced on my classic car I called AFG and I was told no problem they do this kind of work all the time ,the man that came in never did this kind of job so he was learning his way through it finally about 9 pm he was finished, the second day I was cleaning the windshield I noticed that it was not even with the dash and it need to be adjusted so I called them and I was told he will be back on Friday at 5 pm . I called them again on Friday to make sure they are coming but he said oh no I told you at 6 pm not 5 I said ok I called again at 6:15 but they were closed so I called the tech that installed my windshield, he acted like he knew nothing about it and promised that he will be in to see me on Monday at 5 pm , again no call and no show I called them back on Wednesday morning from my cell phone but I got an answering machine so I called from a friends phone and the picked up he was very nice and apologized about everything and promised that the tech will stop by and fix the problem and again nothing . I called another company to see if they can fix it and I was told once the windshield is in they have to break it to take it out so it needs to be replaced again it cost me $314.85 and now I have to pay again to fix their mistake
