    In late January one of their work trucks kicked up a rock and chipped my windshield. I called them that day and let them know. I initially felt like I was getting some traction and they were just processing the issue on their end (I'm sure this isn't the first time this has happened), but weeks rolled into months and my phone calls were not returned, emails were ignored. The front office never had any idea where the two different individuals were that process these claims. When I got sick of being ghosted by the first claims individual, the girl at the front office told me that "nobody else can do that" and she promptly hung up. After a bit of asking, she magically remembered another claims individual, but surprise surprise, emails and phone calls also went unanswered. It is now early April and I'm done. I just paid to have it repaired on my own. I would not consider this an honorable or trustworthy company.
