  I struck Gold with 'Scotts Creeker Services'. When I find a company that exceeds my expectations I want to tell my neighbors so that they can benefit from my experience. Saggy floors are a common occurrence in older homes and I was putting off having them repaired until my antique clocks started to stop and the front glass dial cover started opening during the night. I got several estimates and went with Casey at SCS. He came took pictures in crawl space, explained what needed to be done, assured me that it wasn't an emergency, texted me pictures and set up a time to do it. He was able to come earlier than scheduled. Went to work and was able to finish today. He needed to do an extra pier that he hadn't expected. I could tell the difference immediately. I am having him come back and do my living room as I now can tell that it needs to be done also. Walking across floor objects were making noises in my display case. Casey is a joy to work with and I wanted to give him a 'thumbs up' on the excellent work that was done at a fair price.

  My husband and I purchased a 1949 home in Suffolk on June 29th. Unfortunately, before we even moved in we began to find issue upon issue with the house. We did not have contractors at the ready to perform the vast array of work that needed to be done so we began gathering estimates.
  While scheduling folks to give us estimates & inspections of our crawl space, Scott's Creeker Services popped up in my Meta feed. (always listening to you) I messaged them & Casey, the owner, got back to me within 30 minutes. Casey patiently answered all my questions, responded promptly to my messages (there were a lot of them), he calmed my fears which I had due to being lied to and misled by other companies and he consistently went above and beyond for us.
  Casey came out to inspect the crawl space, provided a detailed, itemized list of what needed to be done and all the materials that would be required, provided plenty of photographs of what he had found so that we could clearly understand why things needed to be corrected; we were not about to go crawling under there ourselves. He also kept us abreast of what the other contractors were doing under there so that we could keep on top of them! Casey twice found a leaking pipe which we would have never known had it not been for him.
  In this day & age it is increasingly difficult to hire contractors who will 1. be transparent, 2. be honest, 3. make detailed proposals, 4. provide photographs of before and after's, 5. tell you honestly when you do NOT need work done or when they cannot do the work and recommend you go to someone else, 6. charge you a reasonable, affordable, and fair price. 7. Go above and beyond to assist you, without adding every little thing to what you owe them. Casey ***** is precisely such a contractor.
  Honestly, I'd like to keep him a secret because he is becoming more and more in demand :D and I want to keep him for myself!
