    This company has many towing companies such as Bella Towing and Virginia Tow CO. I was serviced by Bella Towing but Steel's billed me a ridiculous made up as you go bill, I would call it. The tech that towed my vehicle was extremely kind and respectful. Although he did not explain any charges to me before towing my vehicle. But that wasn't my main issue. I called the next day about my car because of course when I couldn't afford to pay for 275 tow. The manager explained to me don't worry we will work with you no problem he even went to the extreme to say I will put a spare on your vehicle if you have one. This was June 3, 2023.
    On June 6, 2023 when I went to retrieve my car. I made manager aware that next time make sure your driver make the customer aware of the prices. The manger was so upset he said your bill is ******* and it must be in cash and I'm going to sit your car out front and y'all figure out what to do with tire. I could not believe this was the same man that said we will work with you don't worry.
    But this was the kicker when the gentlemen came to collect my money and release my car he had no idea where he towed my car from. On top of that how long he had my car in storage. I had to tell him so he basically made up the bill as he went. I made him aware it was wrong of him , he blamed it on State trooper said that was there job to do so. Even weirder I was billed through a different company from the one that towed me.
    I told gentlemen I was going to complain beings though they were contracted by State Police. The State police was able to get the company to refund me ******. But it did not end there the gentlemen ask to meet me so he could bring me my money himself. I agreed, so he met me on my job only to humiliate me on my job in front of my peers.
