    They were coming to remove two trees and grins down two stumps. Both trees were removed and they did a fantastic job. They were able to grind and fill one of the stumps, but their grinder broke on the stump in our backyard. A gentleman who said he was Jay's father said they'd fix their grinder and be back in a few days. He did say we could hold back on part of the amount since they weren't finished yet, but we paid the full amount trusting they'd be back in a few days. This was a few months ago. I requested an invoice when the work that was going to be done was finalized and I never received one. I haven't gotten a response to emails, so I will call them. But for a business as reputable and with such good reviews, I would've expected them to be back when they said and to finish the job they started.

    Quick, efficient, professional, reasonable. A complete joy to deal with. We had a tree split in the middle of the night. Next morning, I saw that the whole tree needed to come down. We called multiple tree services and Jay’s responded right away. Jay was in Rocky Mount and said he would be there in 20 -30 minutes. He prepared the quote himself and his crew was there in a few hours. Cutting edge technology, with “Old School” customer service. Awesome company - great crew from top to bottom!
