      In July of 2024 Seal Tite charged us $14k to waterproof our unfinished basement. What they did was build a damn that backed water up into our mud room causing our heating and air unit to malfunction and cause black mold.
      Jan the Owner came back and looked at their caused damage and then told us it was our problem not theirs and that they no longer wanted to fix any of the water issues they caused.

      The customer is correct, we installed a waterproofing system in the basement as directed by the customer.  The crawlspace, in a different area of the house which is 3' higher than the basement had no work done since the customer said there was never any  problem with the crawlspace.  In regard to building a damn that caused their crawlspace to flood, the law of physics states that for this to occur, the water would have to build up more than 3' deep in the basement for this to occur.  The customer said the basement where we installed the system was dry.  Therefore it is impossible that we built a damn that caused their crawlspace to flood.  Unfortunately this occurs sometimes where one part of the structure is repaired and at a later date another area leaks.   We would be happy to provide an estimate to rectify the new problem.
