    After waiting for a year for our refund from Perfect Performance NOVA, we finally received the following email (below the line) from the company's manager, *******************. His email below says they are working on the refund, but waiting for the system to process. But that was the last communication we had from him. The company stopped responding to our follow-up inquiries. Respecting their small business status, we have tried to be accommodating and understanding, have been waiting patiently since we formally requested the refund in February 2022, and suggested a reduced amount of $700. We paid over $1000.
