On February 20, 2024 I took my car to CH Automotive in Verona, Va to get a heater core put in my Nissan Altima. The heater core was $183.21 also for the labor ***** charged me 640.00
In March and April of 2024 I was still having anti freeze coming in on the passenger side front floor board and the passenger back seat floor board of my vehicle. I stopped by ******* automotive shop one day and ***** said he didn’t think it was my heater core and he suggested to keep an eye on it. So on May 19, 2024 I decided to get a second opinion because I was still having anti freeze coming in my car passenger front floor board and the passenger back seat floor board. So I took it to ***** **** * **** ****** and this is what they found that was wrong with my vehicle. They said that my heater core needed to be replaced and the heater core was not put in correctly, the heater core was being held in by zip ties and some kind of electrical box that was near the heater core had been cut out just part of it. I told **** ******** when he called me that I had replaced the heater core back in February 20, 2024. **** suggested for me to go back to CH Automotive and see if it was under warranty. I told **** that I did not want to take my vehicle back to CH Automotive because I didn’t trust him of the way they told me what they actually found when they checked my vehicle out. I don’t know if ***** from CH Automotive really put a new heater core in my Nissan Altima.
On June 19, 2024 I got ***** **** * **** ****** to put in a new heater core in my Nissan Altima. If you have any questions you can contact me or ***** **** * **** ****** at
    **** *** ******* ***** ********* *** *****  Phone Number ************ I paid ***** **** * **** ****** heater core $117.05 & Labor $637.00
Engine coolant $28.00 I have all my receipts. Invoice # ****** account # ****** I don’t have an account number for CH Automotive but the Ref. # ****
