    In March/April 2019 I booked a two day bull riding course at ********** in ************. I had to travel a few hours and stay at a hotel because it was not in my local area. I received a notification prior to the weekend of the course stating that it rained in ******** and the class would not be held. I asked to be scheduled the following weekend but was told that weekend was booked. I asked ***** at ********** if anyone in the local area could be moved to a later date and I could take their slot because I was PCSing (permanent change of station) from **********************, ** to ****** Air Force Base, ** in ****. I was cancelled on again in May and they tried to schedule me for **** but I was unavailable due to the **** I had paid $425 for the entired experience ($350 for lessons and equipment and $100 for pictures). I asked for a refund since I paid the money but the service was never provided. I was told by ***** that they do not offer refunds but my money would still be good to be booked again in the future. I don't feel that this was right because she knew I would not be available and would not book me into a class I was available for. Because multiple classes were cancelled, the risk of paying to fly across the country and cancelling again was very high. I emailed them again in May of 2022 to be scheduled for **** and did not receive a reply until November, after I PCS'd to *******. I finally booked a class in April of 2023 but I was told the class cancelled again. At this point I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business since every experience is cancelled and no refunds are provided. I tried to dispute the initial charge (from 2019) with my bank in 2021 but they said it had been too long since the charge was made. There was no dispute, however, that the refund was unnecessary since the money was paid and the service was never provided. At this point, I cannot risk spending money to fly to ******** repeatedly just to have the class cancel.

    LET R BUCK Bull Riding School has been in business since November 2007 to current and is located in ***********. Let R Buck Bull Riding School is a family owned and operated business by ***** and ***************. ***** handles all the conversation and contact to the clients when information is asked for in how to go about booking a training session whether via email, phone or text messaging. We have students travel to LET ********** from all over the world to train to ride bulls or check it off their bucket list. Going back to ***** 20 and 21,2019 ***************************** booked this weekend to come to Let ********** and contacted ***** to cancel his weekend and needed to be rescheduled. ***************************** was rescheduled to May 11/12,2019 Then June 8/9, 2019, he was credited again to come and train and again he canceled and said he would not be able to make it and needed to reschedule once he knew his schedule. When any person bucking a class is giving compete detailed information on how our classes work what is included in their training down to our booking policy. Before taking payment via phone conversation or email or even by txt messaging it is explained that LET R **** does not give refunds that clients are given one (1) year to use their paid class and until everything is agreed between client and ********** no purchase is made. They are also informed before purchase that sometimes due to unforeseen weather conditions ********** will need to reschedule to the next available date due to the safety of the client as well as the animals. An email on May 31, 2022, ***************************** contacted us asking to be booked in for this weekend and ad he could not get in touch with anyone on the phone. Our phone is always on us because this is how we run our business the phone is part of our livelihood. ****** gave the number of ************ that number was not working so on Nov. 23,2022 10:55 am an information email sent to all emailers was sent to ******. Now mind you we talk to many many different people and ****** never refreshed a conversation saying that he had been previously booked. ***** the info sent to him via email explains everything that was told to him back in 2019 when he originally booked, and it also has it  in info that we do NOT give refunds and that is also in bold type. Mar 8,2023 1:43 pm ****** responds via email with a do you have ***** 15th 16th 2023 available? ***** responded via email March 11,2023 3:00 pm to give ***** a call to get him booked in. ****** then called me, and I discussed with him everything that he will need to do and what to bring during his class that we now booked for ***** 15/16,2023 also to please give us a confirmation call or txt on Thursday ***** 13, 2023.  March 13,2023 1:43 pm ***** sent email to ****** to say that the number he left does not work please call back with a working number so that I can get in touch with him on Thursday ***** 13, 2023, to confirm that weather is clear and not pouring rain. March 13, 2023, 2:42 pm ****** sent email saying the only number he has is **************** also that he can be reached by email that he is stateside number is in reserve so he can't use it. He said he has a Whats App if we can use that. March 13, 2023 i responded email I do have Whats App. Great Thank you is response. Now, via Whats App Tuesday ***** 11, 2023 8:41AM  I unfortunately emailed ****** that my husband had a family emergency and we needed to reschedule we cannot control life and we felt really bad having to reschedule everyone for the ***** 15|16 2023 weekend asking ****** if he can come ***** 22|23, 2023.  Whats App emailed back on Tuesday ***** 11. 2023 5:37 PM that he was only in U.S. for a week and he already had concert tickets for ***** 22/23 weekend he said thank you for letting him know early. Now next email Whats App he sends is asking to a refund because he has been canceled on 3X. Now we only cancelled on him 1X. He had to rescheduled previous dates and we have tried to work with him over and over and our policy is that people have a year to use their purchase and he booked in 2019 and it is 2023 that's 4 years I think that we have been more then enough to try to accommodate him and unfortunately things are not lining up. I can not control that his duty stations change he said i refused to put him in an earlier class back in 2019 which is not true we always work people in especially if they are in the military. We have about 75% military that train at ********** and understand how schedules change. He has rudely said in email it's unethical to take his money and not provide a service. He said he tried to attend in June 2019 and said I would not respond back. We have never refused to put him in a class or steal his money as he as said or even responded back to him. I feel we have been professional and extended everything we can. There never has been any info not mentioned to ****** about our NO REFUND policy.
