      Saudia is by far the worst of all international airlines. This is the first time I have used their service, and this would be the last. The only reason I used them cause I went for Umrah. Their service is horrible. Food is terrible. And on the top they lost my luggages. I have been still waiting for them after three days. Called them 20 times the call did not go through. Few times it went through the agents kept giving me incorrect number to call. Also keep referring me lax airport. When lax got nothing to do with the lost luggages. As the airlines did not transferred the luggages in the first place during my transit. Thhere were at least a dozen people who lost their luggages as well, waiting at the carousel for hours. No one came and asked if they received the luggages or not. Even the airport agent mentioned Saudia is the worst airlines as far as loosing the luggages go. I suppose the airline operates just like Saudis and its current ruller Mr. Bull S. No wonder there service level is so low quality. Cause they will say blane instead of plane. They did not let me carry some sweets in my carry on that I brought for my wife from back home. On the top all the sweet in checked luggage going to go bad now. I hope they will give me round trip ticket to buy those delicate sweet from back home again. I am telling all my family and friends never to fly saudi again.

      Worst airline ever. No customer service. All operations happen through 3rd parties who don't know who to contact or how to resolve real customer issues.
