      Dates of neglect: 11/22-11/25 I boarded two dogs (one husky and one black lab) at A Dogs Day Out in Springfield. The husky had a hot spot, and wore an e-collar and needed to take anti itch medication. When I picked up the dogs, the husky was not wearing the e-collar and the medication had not been given (the same amount of pills inside the bottle as when they were dropped off). The husky now has more hot spots since the e-collar was not utilized and anti itch medication not given. Submitted a complaint to ADDO, and the response was just an apology for behavior of staff. Apologies do not change staff behavior. Place should be investigated for animal neglect. ADDO SPRINGFIELD: 5425-B Port Royal Road Springfield, Virginia 22151
