    Due to an error with the ISC2 website, I was double-charged for a certification (Certified in Cybersecurity) on 2025/04/16. After weeks of emails, phone calls, and trying their chat, I've been unable to reach anyone and get a refund. The one time I did speak to someone, they emailed me a troubleshooting guide on how to clear cookies and closed my ticket. This has to be the worst run customer service team I've ever seen... On top of everything else, there is an error on my account where I can't book the purchased exams, and the system says I have no exams purchased. After literally hours and hours over the course of several weeks of trying to reach them and multiple submitted tickets, I feel that I've been scammed out of $400 and need to warn others to stay away unless you HAVE to get the certification, and even then, be very careful.

    May 2024 -paid for ISC CISSP voucher , Did not recieved the voucher , unfortunately lost the job company told they will reimburse , but was fired within 3 weeks ( attached company termination letter )trying to reach ISC but failed, due to other situations also, i was not able to follow up .I need a refund or voucher to book the exam

    I reached out to ISC2 to purchase a training course and a voucher. My company paid the ** on April 1st, 2025, but I have not received the material yet and its digital products. I've been working with **** **** and he stated to my company that it will be delivered in 5-7 days. He's completely stopped responding to my emails and I've tried to call him several times. Every time we talk it's an excuse. It's been over a month since they have received payment.
