    I visited M Body, Dr. S********* for cool sculpting in July paying $900 to receive the treatment on two areas. the machine malfunctioned and I was unable to receive the 2nd treatment. I later requested a refund of the $450 paid for the 2nd treatment since there was no exchange of good or services, and due to several other factors to include the decease of a parent, and my skepticism of the efficacy of the treatment received. I was advised by the technician when I requested a refund that "there are no refunds." What is being left out but understood by all businesses, is a no refund policy "for good and/or services received." I did not receive any goods or services for that money. That was no fault of my own. Since there was no exchange of any goods or services we have an incomplete contract and I require a full refund of the $450. If there were no services provided, then this business has no right to hold/keep monies provided to them in good faith.
