    I have been a customer of this company for over 7 years i place my order on the first day of November. I placed the order on November 6th and as of today my order has not arrived at my house.On December 6th I called the company to find out and the one who answered said that my package would arrive on the 10th. I told her that I wanted to cancel it due to the delay since at work I start delivering my Christmas baskets on the 12th of every year. She told me not to worry that she would have it sent to me by December 10th, this never happened, I called again and they told me no, that my order was not going to arrive that day and that the person who answered did not know what they were saying, I asked to cancel my order since I felt like they were playing with me, the one who answered said that if I cancelled they would charge me 150 dollars which is almost half of what I paid, and I refused to be charged in such an irrational way, they called me again today and said that my package would go out tomorrow, which is already December 19th, I told her that I asked to cancel it almost 20 days ago and this lady answered me that on November 7th they had already made and cut the magnet, which I told her that that is illogical since on December 10th they said that there was no production yet, what a shame that this company has become irresponsible with I always went back to their customers because they never failed or played games, but this year they made fun of me as a customer and as a person. Normally when you buy, the receipt sends you the delivery day, but in this case it wasn't like that, they send you to a page and you have to check it, we are busy people that's why we buy online, otherwise I would go to an office and order directly, and I don't think I'm the only person with this same problem, it's unbelievable what they're doing with delivery; My company was affected this year by distributing the same baskets since I could not send them with their respective calendars.

    I was charged over $200 today from my debit card. I have not ordered anything since December. December was my one and only order from this company, I will never order again. Why is my debit card on file and what has it been used for? I don’t have money to waste right now and taking from my debit is taking from my kids, lunches and gas in my car and things that I need Right now that I cannot use because you used my debit card unlawfully !!
