Went to this location on 2/13/23 and hit a Major along with other amounts. The company refused to pay me my full amount for the winnings. They stated that if you hit a Minor while hitting a Major you don't get that full amount because the Minor payed off first. Never have I heard such thing. They cheated me out of $208.00 which is not fair. No where did they have that posted and if it is posted, it is posted in fine print. When I notices that I was not getting my correct amount, I called over one of the attendants. He came over and I explained to him what was going on. It was not locked or anything but by the time they finished, they said I had to pay taxes on that little bit that they were giving me. Didn't understand that either. These people are cheating people.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/08/2023

We spoke with the guest on 02/13/2023 and covered the pay-table options with them based on the play results. The pay-out matrix is displayed for all guest to read in the pay-table menu. We then took care of the guest based on her win and, then disabled the machine so that the disputed amount could be reviewed using video surveillance. We used both video surveillance and replayed the event on the cabinet the following day. We reached out to the guest and notified them that they in fact were paid properly after a thorough review of the information available to us. Thank You**** ****Gaming Operations Manager Rosie's Gaming Emporium - Vinton

      Customer Answer

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The information that he is giving is not true. The rules are not displayed on the games, you have to go to another place on it. It does not state that you will be paid less then what it shows for you winnings, it only states how you can win. They do not display in details like it should be and it is also in small print. They deceive the customers of their winnings and always come up with some kind of excuse not to pay in full. They never showed me anything saying that if you hit a major and get a minor, or a mini, they are going to pay you less for your major. If an amount is showing of what you win, then that is what they should pay because the fine print does not states that either. If is shows the winnings of $708.+, you shouldn't get $500.00 because you are now stealing $208.+ from the customer which is not right. **** told his version of the issue which it does not mean that it is accurate because it was never showed to me. If there is a commission that I have to go to with this issue, please let me know which one it is. Thanks in advance.

      Regards,
