      went to this place to sell some scrap aluminum today. the place was not busy . there was only one truck outside and there was a guy sorting his metal into a handcart. Never had sold non ferrous metal to this company before but have sold steel. When selling steel they have scales to pull on so you know what your gross weight is before you dump your steel. You can pretty much know how much weight you have if you know what your vehicle weighs but not in the non ferrous metal department. this guy on a fork lift came with a hopper and I dumped my aluminum in it and then he took off and I never had the chance to see how much weight I had or how much I was going to be paid and when the other guy printed the ticket out for 6 dollars I told him no , that I wasn't gonna sell all that aluminum for 6 dollars and he said the other guy had already taken it and dumped it. I never had the opportunity to see the weight and was never told what the price would be or nothing. He just printed out a ticket and handed to me. They ripped me off, there was no reason to be in such a hurry because there was no one else in there. the guy who printed the ticket started making excuses and called the forklift driver on the radio and asked him and he said he had already dumped it. I Know I got ripped off . No way that was only 6 dollars worth. No matter what , a person should know what the weight they have is and what the price they will be paid so you have the opportunity to refuse and sell your material somewhere else, but, what they did and are doing is crooked and should be stopped and regulated . If those guys cheat every person who comes in there even out of 1 pound over the period of a whole day, they will be making a nice little bonus for themselves and that's what they did to me. Just like stealing and I am so upset about it I would like to take them to court. It just is no sense in a big company like that using fraudulent crooked practices like that and getting away with it.
