    ******** was professional and quick with communication. They made a fair offer without lowballing or hard negotiating tactics. The team at Caymus Group also quickly handles everything and followed through with a quick, smooth closing. They arent like other companies that ****** and then dont show up to closing. ******** was a man of his word and Caymus Griup followed through.

    This is how they roll! Say what you are going to do then do what you said you are going to do.
    We made a deal negotiation took place a price set with both sides approving the deal.
    I would recommend this process and these folks!

    My experience went smoothly. They offered the more than another interested buyer was willing to pay. Giovani himself inspected the house in about 30 minutes and made an offer to close in 3 weeks with a 1 page contract - very simple. I never saw Giovani again, but he called to schedule a potential buyer to view the property and some contractors to get estimates. I eventually had them bring a key lockbox and I didn't have to do anything after that. Closing was simple as well, but read the contract thoroughly, there were several spelling mistakes and not all the closing cost were covered. Those mistake were fixed immediately and we picked up a check with the full amount later that week.

    I will not do business with them ever again and will not recommend anyone to do business with them.. i worked with a guy named John with the company in which he did not communicate, was very unprofessional, and had the nerve to curse and get smart with me after I corrected him on the situation that I'm supposed to receive my EMD back in regards to the contract. My money was not given back to to me due to John making a fraudulent change in the contract.
