    I am shocked and appalled and completely gutted. I am disabled. I'm doing my best to pack up my house and move. I was very upfront about what I needed moved and that there was a lot in the house not being moved etc. never once was I asked for information about pets or allergens or anything like that. I even took pictures of different pieces of furniture (that showed dust etc). The movers get here and as I walk them through and explain the situation they tell me that they are not going to do my move due to "unsanitary conditions" because I have cats. Apparently one is allergic and the others wife is pregnant and they can't risk bringing home the dander. Seriously????? Why was this not discussed beforehand? AND you don't want to refund my deposit? Unsanitary conditions would be black mold or a chain smoker's 20 year old house or if there were rat droppings everywhere. Having old furniture that hasn't been thrown away yet and being in the middle of packing up my kitchen while having 2 cats (that were locked away in the bathroom) does not equal unsanitary! I don't even know what I am going to do now. I have exhausted myself to the point of illness just trying to do this. I can't even lay down because my bed is disassembled.
