    Terrible first impression!! I had a 7pm appt with Mike. He was a "NO SHOW" and "NO CALL". At 7pm when I called him to see where he was, he thought it was funny that he left a cancellation message with an arbitrary ph # that he misdialed thinking it was mine. The appt was to just measure my driveway and 2 short sidewalks. Couldn't take more than 10min's tops, but because it was drizzling he cancelled the appt. Usually on bad weather days concrete contractors prepare their estimates and contracts because you use the good weather days to do the actual concrete work. I cleared my calendar and postponed my family's dinner awaiting Mikes arrival and when he was a no show the best he could do was to offer another appt 5 days later. Still laughing, he admitted he screwed up but refused to expedite another appt for the next day. Also, the website on his mailer advertisement is not valid and the two times I spoke with him he did not answer the phone with his company name, just "hello". Mike ended our discussion by telling me he wasn't interested in my job anymore and we ended our conversation. Very unprofessional treatment of a customer in my opinion and I will take my business elsewhere.
