    Easy to get a decent loan, but it was over paid due to my payroll. I inquired about getting the money back, and I was told it would be in my account in a few days. It never appeared, and now they have closed all checking and savings accounts. I will never see the money that was over paid. Website is quirky, sometimes you can get in, and other times it seems like you have to reregister.

    I have been having an ongoing issue since 4/30/24. Your company received my pay off check but is still deducting funds from my account every 2 weeks since then. I have been calling every other day to get this fixed. It’s crazy I’ve never had an issue up until wanting to pay off my loan in full. I am reporting bad business practices and if this continues I’ll report it to my employer that partned with your company. On May 14 your company stated the error was fixed with your accounting department & I need an answer asap on when I will be refunded ALL those extra payments that was deducted from my account after you received the payoff check. I called last week Wednesday 5/15 and had the rep escalate my concerns to a supervisor and no one called me back. I had to call again on Tuesday 5/21 and have another message escalated to a supervisor with no response. I am owed a total of $621.20 that was deducted from my account after your company processed my payoff check. On the portal is states the payoff check was “adjusted” on my account on 4/07/2024. I don’t want to hear anymore excuses about the accounting department not allocating the funds correctly and someone will “try” to fix the issue. I need this fixed asap or I will be writing a letter corporate.

    Illegal practices. Under the equal credit opportunity act it is illegal to deny a loan application and not provide a reason why. Beware of the predatory company and do not get your hopes up, they are cherry picking applicants and not stating based on what criteria. Going to seek legal action next.
