  I trust this business to come into my home to do some foundation work on 9/23/2024. They cut my pipe at a angle, did not cover the pipe which allow saw dust and wood chipping to get inside, damage the trim and walk away. I called the customer management team and was told I am responsible for all damages, stop trying to persuade my technician to do your pluming. Vacuum out the pipe, its in your contract therefore this case is closed.
  After paying this company close to ********* dollars, It was degrading, belittling and a insult to my integrity. I had to put out more money to purchase a flange and vacuum out saw dust before connecting to pipe.
  I was so relieve to hear the county inspector inspected there work under the house because if they didn't take responsibility for the damage I saw I only can imagine what damage they would've cover up what I couldn't see.

  We apologize If our guys missed a bit of sawdust in their cleanup efforts after your major structural project. Our guys are normally very neat and meticulous, and probably didn't see the small amount of sawdust inside the pipe in the floor.
  
  
  
  We understand your frustration related to hiring a plumber after our work is completed. We wish we could help, but we are not a plumbing company.
  
  
  
  We specifically go over these expectations up front with any homeowner getting a floor system rebuild in areas related to plumbing that they will have to hire a plumber when we are done. These terms are also highlighted in the contract you signed with us stating specifically "Customer is responsible for installing back with plumbing lines when VFS is done with work."
  
  
  
  While we apologize that our clean-up didn’t meet your expectations, we want you to know we are also disappointed and have hurt feelings. This type of project is a physically demanding and extremely complicated. We also executed it with precision and within the expected timeline. After all this, you failed to acknowledge any of the positives about the project.

  VFS did what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. Good communication throughout. Blue Crew did the work at my home. The work was done on schedule, clean and neat. Their system is a more economical option for foundation and structural/crawl space repairs.

  On October 24, 2023, Kyle came to perform the annual service on my dehumidifiers and inspect the crawl space of my residence to ensure that there were no issues that needed to be resolved. When en route, Kyle called to let me know he was on his way and gave his estimated arrival time. He was punctual and before starting the service inspection he asked if I had any specific concerns that he should be aware of. Once he had finished, he gave me a thorough explanation of the service performed on the dehumidifiers as well as the outcome of the inspection of the crawlspace. Also, Kyle was very helpful in answering all of my questions and is very knowledgeable of the dehumidifiers used by VFS. In addition, Kyle was very professional, personable, and very customer service oriented. The attention to detail and the focus on providing excellent customer service that Kyle demonstrated is one of the main reasons I contracted VFS. I have been very satisfied with the work done and follow-up service performed by VFS and Kyle.

  I contracted Virginia Foundation Solutions because of an issue I had with water seeping through the concrete/cinder block wall to the garage during heavy/steady rains and would install a weeping tile and pump system. The crew that came out to the job site, Joel, Alex, Tomas and Jacke known as “The Blue Crew”, were on time and started the work right away. They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through ** ******** **** Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and ** ******** in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem.

  We are very happy with this company and the encapsulation done in the crawlspace.
  Just had the annual maintenance done, AOK!

  Va. Foundation Solutions encapsulated our very large crawlspace and added two dehumidifiers and lights. The " Blue Crew" , Joel, Alex, Matt and Jacke worked tirelessly and extremely neatly all week , ensuring the job was absolutely correct. The Crew maintained exceptional communication with us and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Adam, the electrician worked extremely well and quickly making the connections to the dehumidifiers and lights accurately.
  We can't be more impressed and satisfied with this job and the employees of Virginia Foundation Solutions. The price was right on and no hidden or elaborated cost involved at the end.

  Kyle, my VFS salesman/technician, was extremely knowledgeable about the Aprilaire dehumidifier and walked my husband and me through the installation process. From start to finish, this company did a great job! We also appreciate that Kyle will be our contact every year for maintenance. We are very happy with this company.

  After research of Crawl Space encapsulation and looking into the EPA regulations as well we decided to get quotes. After having three local companies give us quotes I had to go with VFS. Brad, our sales representative, was hands down the best, his professionalism and dedication to his customers as well as VFS was evident throughout his presentation. The day of the installation was perfect! The crew was very professional! The inspector for the county said "VFS is giving JES a run for their money." When I asked him what he meant by that he said that the quality of the work is impeccable and they go above and beyond what is required." That being said we are extremely happy with VFS!!!
