      I contracted Ross ****** *nd David ******* to build a container barn on my property on the Eastern Shore, VA and my house in. Virginia Beach….Let me just say that this was the worst experience ever. I caught them charging me time when their employees were standing around not doing anything as I watched them on my security camera. Their charge for man hours were insane and I had to fight them on their invoices on credits. I had to fire Ross ****** and David ******* after I found out that they didn’t apply for a permit to build my barn…so the city issues a to work order and I am now dealing with the correcting the issues myself … for example ****** construction told me that they installed gravel inside my footers for the 6X6 poles and after meeting with the building inspector from the city we dug around the footers and found out they didn’t install any gravel and just set the poles in the ground 24”. When we asked ****** Construction for the drawings they gave up the drawings with the gravel and when we confronted them to let them know we dug around the footers and didn’t see the gravel they told me that they sent me the wrong drawings and that I never paid for the gravel. … I guess they only charge full price for work taking short cuts … this is been an 8 month process so far and it’s still going .. I will keep you updated of my progress … but my advice .. stay away!
