I am writing this review as a Law Enforcement Officer. Today on 03/15/2024, I entered Freedom shooting center in uniform to do four firearms transfers for my agency's retirees. Until today Freedom has been helpful with helping honor these 20 to 25 years of service retirees. When I arrived, the store manager told me immediately I would have to drop them off and I was ok with that even though there was about 10 people in the store. He walked away and I waited for him to return. Upon his return he asked did I call ahead. I told him I have never had to call ahead before and he stated that I needed to call ahead now. I told him it seems like I need to go somewhere else to get help and he replied,"THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD IDEA". I told him that sounds like I need to cancel my membership and he just walked away. I went to the sales office and made my complaint and told them I needed to cancel my membership and due to the issue and without remedy they canceled my membership immediately. I have been doing transfers with them for the past few months and gotten to know the staff pretty well. It left me with a feeling of distain after so many transfers, purchases of firearms, being a loyal member, referring others to the establishment, and being an all around supporter for Freedom Shooting Center. This very moment showed that my business meant nothing. The service of my fellow Law Enforcement meant nothing. My fellow law enforcement and my own hard earned money that we spend at Freedom Shooting Center means nothing. I would hate for my fellow Law enforcement and military to ever be disregarded the way I was today. We came for a service to be performed. These Law enforcement personnel deserve to purchase and transfer their duty weapons into their names as a gift for their years of service. Today Freedom Shooting Center disregarded us and did nothing to offer a solution to the situation. This was completely disheartening
