      On Monday Sept 18 the Taylor's Do It Center located at 2400 Little Creek Road clearly advertised 3 bags of bark mulch for ***** in the following places:
      Marque on Little Creek Rd
      Advertisment stapled below cashier
      Sale tag stapled below cashier
      When I ordered 3 bags I was subsequently charged full price. When I quiered the cashier I was told the sale ended. I explained was clear shown, when another employee reiterated, the sale had end. I thwn declined the purchase.
      The time of day was approx 1:40 PM, the staff had more than adequete time to change signs/flyers.
      Whether by laziness or intent this is deceptive advertising and should be remedied.
