    Our system is 15 years old and has been limping along - we've not been able to get the temperature in the house below 75 during the summer in years - we called Dr. ******** HVAC (****) on Monday night when it stopped working altogether and he fit us in the very next day. He wasn't able to fix it that night so he very generously installed two window units to get us through and came out first thing this morning to install a unit outside for us. We'll still need to replace the whole split system next year (which we will definitely get from him), but this is perfect for this summer. I cannot recommend **** enough for your HVAC needs. He was quick to respond, timely in fixing the problem, very reasonable in pricing, and very kind as well. He took the time, after spending all day in this dangerous 100+ degree heat at that, to explain to me some ins and outs of A/C and how it works (humidity, etc.) I had checked them out on ******, FB, this app, Yelp, and BBB (A+rating) - ALL 5 star reviews everywhere I looked (and he's been in business since 2011), and I'm not in the least bit surprised. Given that I am recovering from lung cancer and this heat/humidity can make breathing difficult for me, I am not exaggerating to say **** is my hero. Not all heroes wear capes!
