Héctor, the supervisor I spoke with, is absolute trash. He was disrespectful, cursed, and threatened me. Im the customer. The confrontation began over a ** dollar charge for a 1 minute job, of which I was not made aware of previously. Ultimately, I ended up paying ** but that should have all been made clear from the get-go. I have no problem paying but shady business practices put a bad taste in your mouth. Héctor was combative and condescending. Because of him, I would never recommend MSCO or use them again. Hire better supervisors because bad ones like Hector will ruin your company.

All staff and technicians I have dealt with over the last few years have been outstanding. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. 5 starsFive Gold Stars to Walter and the MSCO's install team! We live in a 1950's ranch style house. Our 65+ year old duct system was rusty and dusty. It had seen better days. When, I explained to Robert Smith, the Comfort Consultant, that I would like to move the furnace from the garage to the attic, and install all new, all metal ducting in the attic. And, that I did not want any flex at all. He said that it was no problem. That they can do it any way that I wanted. And, they did! I could not have asked for a better job. Their work is exceptional! I would like to thank Walter, Walker, Trey, Eric, and Jay for our new HVAC system. It is a work of art! I am so very pleased with the quality of your work and the attention to detail that you demonstrated on the installation of our brand new HVAC system and all new, ALL METAL (no flex at all) trunk and duct work system. Not to many people get excited about duct work, but ours is gorgeous! You have to see it in person to really appreciate how beautiful it is.
