    ????? False Advertising! This location did not honor the Special Offers and discounts listed on their website. I was told by the staff that because of Spring Break the offers and promo codes could not be used due to high demand. I made a complaint that the offer details didn’t exclude certain dates and should not be advertised if they were not being honored. The Chief Marketing Officer(Misty ******) contacted me via email. Misty was very dismissive the matter-of-fact remarks made suggested that I was the problem. She went on to state that no one else had mentioned or complained about my concerns. All and all I’m glad to not have spent $*** for 6 minutes of flying. I was told by the staff the session lasted about 60 minutes which included a safety class and each flight was only 60 seconds! What a rip off! FLY SMART GO ***** ?? It was REQUIRED that I leave at least 1 star definitely undeserved.
