    Ocean Psychiatry was engaged by myself in 2021 *** ** **** ** ****. Several transgressions occurred over the course ** **** ** *** treatment processes. I will defer from describing my ****** issues, however unprofessional and dangerous to her personal safety they were. In my case, I had a well-managed case of bipolar disorder and a high-visibility, influential career with the US government. These situations were not mutually exclusive; I could not function at the level I need without the continued medication management of my bipolar disorder. The Ocean Psychiatry front office was rude and unprofessional. Never wearing masks despite being in the midst of COVID, and rudely and condescendingly dealing with patients in an offensive manner. Establishing care via these people was constantly a stressful and tenuous venture. One of my medications requires regular blood testing, and my blood test results were lost and confused by their disorganized nursing staff. Blood test appointments were twice miscommunicated and required my presence, thus causing multiple work absences. When a caregiver had finally been established, there were multiple programs simultaneously utilized for video meetings. An email from Ocean would dictate to use one link, a text message from their Office would require a different link, and the caregiver, *******, would sometimes pick one of them or would send a third option. There was never a consistent process and she did not have a reliable contact method. Thus this situation was also constantly tenuous. Nearly every time prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, there were problems with them and my pharmacy would not release the prescriptions. My pharmacy was never able to speak with someone in their office nor *******. The entire operation is mismanaged and ********** delinquent in their inability to provide care to their clients. The only consistent aspect that could be relied upon was the reception of a bill, albeit not on any regular or timely date.
