Company is a scam. I paid for packing and some of my things weren’t packed. Antonio and his mover dropped my $***** cold plunge twice. I was assured through text message that reimbursement would be ** for ** for high value items and once my items showed up destroyed he no longer held true to his word. Avoid this company at all cost.

After a thorough investigation, including a comparison of the photos you provided and the documentation from our operations team, the evidence you submitted does not sufficiently demonstrate that the damages occurred during the transportation process conducted by our team.
While we understand that the condition of your belongings is important, our review indicates that the discrepancies between your photographs and our recorded evidence do not support a finding of liability on our part. Our team has diligently photographed items prior to and during the handling process, and those images do not indicate that the damages you reported were created during handling of your items.
