  Absolutely the worst moving company I've ever used. Charged me approximatley 30% more (****) than their estimate because the job took longer than they thought (their fault) and damaged at least a dozen items, some so badly that they're no longer usable.

  DAMAGE, horrible response time, and lack of respect for time and possessions. I am in the real estate industry and work with moving companies daily and I have never been treated the way I have been. This company damaged several items with two moves for my clients back to back. 5 months later, and about 18 phone calls and emails, and a very unsatisfactory response to the damage caused. In addition, the movers were on their phone during the move, didn't use proper moving blankets and spent way too much clocked time trying to move items that they were "unable to move" only to have my husband come by and move those items by himself in a matter of minutes. So bad that it was worth my time and effort to write this review.

  We selected Tidal Town movers for a commercial move for several reasons:
  * Prompt response from a real person who talked through our needs before sending a proposal.
  * Willingness to be flexible with dates since we were working with several entities to clear a building and relocate assets.
  * A real walk thru with an experienced mover who pointed out several things that we needed to address to save time and money.
  The day of the move they showed up with plenty of experienced and professional movers who took care of the furniture and equipment. They were patient with our team as we placed things in the office and changed our minds several time. They made several recommendations that we adopted too! They even returned to the original pick-up site to gather items that were not on the original pack list.
  The local owners were on-site during the day to check on the team and to answer any questions. They didn't leave until the last item was in place and a final walk through was finished. The entire team was professional, courteous, and proud of their work. They were not "day labor" like many other moving companies in the area use. We would not hesitate to endorse Tidal Town Movers for any job, large or small. Customer service matters!

  I selected Tidal Town based on great reviews. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were careful to wrap and pack my furniture carefully and place it just where I wanted. Breon, DeShawn, David, and Diego were exceptional. They never said “no” to one thing I asked. I would highly recommend Tidal Town movers to anyone contemplating an upcoming move.

  Tyler, Daryl, David were the best movers I have ever had the pleasure to assist me. They were professional, courteous and understanding. They made the packing and moving seamless with no frustration. Couldn't be more happy. Excellent job, gentlemen!
