    My husband had an MRI done on March 10th 2022 and an explanation of benefits was sent to them from ****** Health and ******* has never received the explanation of benefits from them when they put in a claim for ******* to make a payment and we have called and still no results. Today I spoke to Maiura in billing and explained this situation again because they put his bill in collections without submitting the proper paperwork to receive a payment from ***. This needs to be fixed ASAP. If they don't know how to complete billing and claims then find a company or someone who knows how.

You can view your EOB on the ******* site. Your account is still active and is not in collections. Any other questions, please contact our billing company so they can review your concerns directly.
