    I was a client for over 20 years. Until last year when the employees W2's were sent FedEx without notifying us that they were coming and they did not require a signature from recipient. They were lost and NEVER RECEIVED!!! The nonchalant manner in which this situation was handled by Payday Payroll caused me to sever this long relationship. I was told that it was "no big deal" because the W2's only contain the last 4 of the employees social, their address and how much they earned annually. WOW! They could not understand why I was upset. This did not sit well with me so I severed my relationship with this company.
    I need a payroll summary report for the typical annual work comp audit from Payday payroll and I was told if I wanted these reports it would cost me ****** because I was no longer a client!!!!!!!!!!!!
    I called other payroll companies and was told this type of charge is not something any other company charges!!!! THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
