The manager Tanner helped us out in a bind when we were selling our home. At the last minute we found out we needed an inspection for a termite report and Tanner had someone out the same day. Luckily, we did not have any issues.

I can't say enough about the office staff at Universal. They took the time to have me take pictures of what I found in my kitchen, and I text them to the office for id. I thought they were termites but were not.Universal Pest & Termite

We had moisture damage under our home. Universal Pest & Termite repaired our floor joists and subfloor wood members. The technicians were great! We made sure to offer them water each day and bought them lunch on the final day.Universal Pest & Termite

They will do work and not tell you EVERYTHING which was complete when it comes to exclusion work. The tech's will tell you they are helping you out when they are not. The company does nothing but cover their employees lack of integrity. I will NEVER NEVER do business with them again.Universal Pest & Termite
