      They should be investigated by the state, they receive more complaints then any other hvac company, on our Nextdoor webpage there was a dozens and dozens of mad angry citizens that have gotten poor service from them,,me included, whey can’t they be investigated,,,

      A BIG Ripoff! I replaced an LP tank with a brand new one owned by me. All I needed was to hook up the tank to existing lines. Call center said service call would be **** and if service was more than that amount, I'd be credited it--not true! Tech came out yesterday, looked at the tank, and said he needed parts and would return this morning. (Total of 5 min onsite). Tech came out yesterday, hooked up the tank, had to insert an extension of about 4" and hooked it up, no pressure check was accomplished. (Total of maybe 20 min). Then he gave me a bill of ****! For one small iron pipe extension and a two connector pieces. They wouldn't give me an estimate when I called so I'm forced to pay this outrageous bill. BTW, gas company coming next week was going to charge $*** *or this same work. Tech compared their rates to what you would pay to visit a doctor. This 20 min worth of work in no way compares to what true professionals charge!

      Thank you for allowing us to respond to you on the BBB Website to explain the true dangers and costs of working with gas lines and propane in the Yorktown area. We are happy to have serviced you so quickly too as it sounds like it was a was a long wait for the gas company to make it out to Yorktown. not surprisingly. $*** of the  $*** you paid by credit card is the actual diagnosis. The price of connecting and installing the gas line is only $***. It's not a lot of money, considering it is not safe for anyone to work with Propane or Gas Lines, even certified technicians. The  $*** would have been less had you paid by check or cash as well. The repair of **** comes with the extended parts and labor warranty as well. Please email us directly if you have questions on the two services calls received for just $****


      Again, we are pleased to have serviced you very quickly and under a great warranty.

      Glad this company came at our time of need to assist our plumbing issue. Our plumbing tech Nick B, came out at the time he stated and assessed our issue quickly. He gave a very fair price on the size of the job and offered great advice!! Thank you for helping us!
