We meant to write a review back in July but did not get to it. We do want to voice our concerns and make others aware of the exuberant costs of the service we received. Our rental unit main water shut off valve broke. Water had to be turned off to the complex, the vanity removed, sheetrock cut, and a new ball valve soldered on. This took the technicians less than three hours, and we were charged ********* After about choking on the cos and voicing our dismay to Atomic staff, Paul ***** issued us a discount of ***** While we appreciate the adjustment, we feel that the new cost of ******** for a replacement valve was still consistent with highway robbery, especially since our drywall was ripped during the process, an ugly irregular messy cut was made into the back of the vanity, and the quartz backsplash was removed and not replaced. We had to repair and repaint the drywall and reapply adhesive to replace the backsplash all at additional cost to us. We caution others to check the price first before going ahead with the work. I think at about ******r. I should become a plumber.
