    Our Evergreen View HOA of ****** **** ******** ***** contracted with Solitude Lake Management to have our pond aerator motor replaced in Dec 2022 for a cost of $**** which we paid them. The motor was replaced but it did not work properly when it was installed in the pond last May 2023. To date Solitude Lake Management has made no attempt to correct the problem or offer a written solution proposal, and communications are extremely poor. We want the work completed or our money refunded.
    Solitude lake Management bought our previous supplier Aquatic Solutions in 2022 who provided excellent service for our pond aerator for the last 15 years
