  They had me to sign the contract knowing I wasn't the owner of the property, got deposit (my credit card $***** to replace a liner in the pool, they went to the property without letting me know a date and I had to call them to confirm they had been to the property. They advised me they were unable to locate a well point ($***** to install and they needed to skim (*****) the pool. They dug a hole in the pool and stated they were trying to find the well point. They didn't have the liner to install at the time. I have contacted several other companies and was advised that they shouldn't have removed the liner without having the replacement liner this could damage the pool. They told me on five occassions that were unable to locate the well point. I had a company to locate the well point . I did that and only at that time was I told it wasn't a working well point. This was after telling me on (5) occassions there wasn't one. They refused to go back to the property realizing they never got the owner's signature. I was told to add the owner's name. I refused and was told they wouldn't go back to the property. 7/14/2023 the owner of Aquadynamics met me and he told me that what we said is a well point is set up for a waterfall. I contacted the company that built the pool and was advised the area near the ladder was in fact a well point. I video them putting a waterhose in the pipe and I was advised that shouldn't be done. Mr.... said the water coming up is for a water fall. I took this information to the company that built the pool and was told that isn't correct, it was in fact the well point . We have asked several times for the liners to be dropped and he kept saying it couldn't be done. He said the pool sides were in such bad shape he would have to charge us at least another $*** to fix this problem. Mr.... told me the lights didn't work, how did he know they shouldn't have been tested without water in the pool.

  COMPLAINT RESPONSE:

  This realtor represented herself as this property owner and provided this company

  with a credit card for a deposit for a new pool liner and associated work.  This

  individual has disputed the credit card and left us withh a custom made liner and

  unpaid work.  Once we let her know that well points were needed to control the water

  we were denied access to the property.  We will not do any further work at this 

  property.

  I sent a response to the companies last reply.  As the consumer I have answered in a timely manner, though it took more than ** **** to get a reply from the company which was bogus.
