    There is a mold problem in this house. They have done nothing to fix it properly. Twice have i seen them do really shady things to cover it up. These include painting over the mold and covering the mold in the ceilings with new drywall before even treating it. None of which solve the issue. They do not follow their own terms of their own lease but expect to hold everyone else accountable.

We are sorry to hear about your concerns and understand your frustration regarding the previous attempts to address the problem.
    However, after reviewing our work order history, we were unable to locate any reports regarding this issue. It’s possible that this concern may not have been formally submitted, and we apologize if this oversight occurred.
    Please know that we are committed to resolving this issue properly and in accordance with the terms of the lease. We will arrange for a thorough inspection and remediation, including proper treatment, to ensure that this issue is effectively addressed.
