Jarett's team was very punctual and professional. We had two bathrooms completely redone from sub-floor to ceiling. Every part of the process was easy and no issues. The quote we received was straight, even though he ran into other issues. Highly recommended...

5 starsI want to start off by saying Jarrett and his team are truly a breath of fresh air. Having had multiple renovation with multiple properties over the years, they definitely stand out. We had 2 large renovations in a short period of time - a downstairs reno including gutting a kitchen to the slab and a master bath to the studs. From the beginning working with JS price construction felt different. We got multiple quotes/estimates. The detailed questions asked and notes taken were very impressive. The actual estimate was very specific and well prepared. It included the pricing consistent with the trim level we discussed. He was able to take our ideas, expand on them and bring them to life. His pricing was fair, no surprises. If we wanted to change during the project, he was open and upfront about how it would effect pricing. Jarrett is a very responsive communicator. It was rare for a text or email not to be answered within 24 hours and typically within a few. He is friendly, respectful and personable! His lead assistant James is an amazing craftsman.
In addition to our large jobs, we have also used them for smaller projects and we received the same level of service. They laid out a timeline for the projects including start and completion estimates. They were always spot on! Especially important when you have to move out for a few months.
No one enjoys having their home renovated, but JS Price construction made our process as comfortable as possible! We would recommend them without hesitation and plan on using them for future projects.
