    Mr. Pipkin along with his installation crew and his office staff are all superb! The roof replacement and the gutter repair and reinstallation were perfect, professional, completed on time as scheduled, and clean-up was thorough! The new roof makes the house look brand new! Thank you for the great workmanship and for a memorable customer experience!

    In 2023, Mr. ****** did some exterior repairs on our home's pine fascia and soffit boards, which had deteriorated from storm/water damage. He was always professional, and displayed a strong work ethic. His prices were reasonable, and he finished the repairs efficiently and quickly - an indication of his expertise in exterior repairs and carpentry skill. We will definitely hire him again.

    Pipkin Home Improvements, Inc. of Virginia Beach, Virginia is a superb company to work with! Mr. Pipkin responded quickly & professionally to our request to survey our roof damage right after Hurricane-Tropical Storm IAN passed through Virginia Beach, September 28, 2022. He performed a thorough roof inspection and provided us with a detailed, very reasonably-priced cost estimate to replace the shingles. Mr. Pipkin's Office Staff was courteous, professional, and handled our concerns briiliantly! His Roofing Team did a superb job all in 1 day: scraped the existing roof, replaced the vents, repaired the gutter, hauled away all the debris, and installed beautiful shingles that make the house look brand new! Thank You for a great customer experience!!!
