    Steph was incredible. So polite and well mannered. She even opened the door for me. She wasn't riding her brakes, as most do. The car was exceptionally nice and clean. I also didn't have to wait an hour before being picked back up. If I could choose my own transportation through my insurance, I would choose Phenomenal all the time.

    What??! Yes. Outstanding. Outstanding. Outstanding. The employees are phenomenal ;). The vehicles are easy to get in and out of, not to mention clean, and comfortable. They do a great job of screening their employees. Always on time, never late.The vibe is positively great. Would HIGHLY recommend, and have done so. Great work team. Keep it up.

    This was my first time using Phenomenal Transportation. I was very impressed with my experience. My driver was Gerald M. Early to pick me up, came back and picked me up to bring me home. Very thoughtful and kind, great driver I was at ease the whole time. He is loves what he is doing and it shows.

    Phenomenal Home Care Services. Is the best. I have been with them 2 years and counting. Mrs. ******* is a totally awesome and kind loving woman of God. When I came to her 2 years ago to start caring for my son in the middle of Covid she explained to me what I needed to do. First step was getting him assessed through Social Services. It took a month for the process and I started caring for my son immediately as she had her part of paper work to complete. I had to get certified to be a PCA. It was a week long class well worth the training and experience of learning. Ms. ***** her daughter is also Phenomenal as I had an emergency and let me tell you how Phenomenal she was I was able to get the funds I needed when I had car problems. She actually ***** **y me the funds. No other company has ever done what these Phenomenal ladies have done. I appreciate you and thank you all for your Phenomenal support. ????
